BAFM is held in Harris County's jurisdiction and follows Harris County's guidelines and orders relating to Covid-19. BAFM's vendors are required to wear face masks and gloves, and the vendors' booths are placed at a safe and responsible distance apart.

We ask that BAFM's customers practice social distancing at the market, particularly while waiting in line at vendors' booths; as well as, familiarize themselves with Harris County's guidelines and orders by visiting https://www.readyharris.org/Stay-Home.

BAFM's ability to continue to operate as a walk-thru market will, in large part, depend on everyone's cooperation and willingness to take the appropriate measures to reduce the spread of Covid-19, while at the market. Please help us operate BAFM safely by at least following these guidelines:

1) Do not attend the market if you feel ill or if you know that you may have been exposed to Covid-19.

2) Wear a face mask or appropriate face covering (covers the mouth and nose).

3) Stay at least 6 feet from others (including vendors). There should be no less than a 6 foot space all around you.

4) Do not touch and handle vendors' products.

5) Do not linger at the market. The farmers market is an essential business providing food and healthy alternatives to our community. Unfortunately, at this time, it is not a place to linger and socialize.

6) Although we encourage our customers to come to the market to shop and support our vendors, we cannot encourage large groups of folks to gather at the market at this time. BAFM's Community Tents and Coloring Tables have been removed from the market area for this reason.
